"Khan Kluay" is a Thai animated film produced by Kantana Animation. The story follows the adventures of a young elephant named Khan Kluay.

The first draft of the script was written by Ariel Prendergast, although subsequent versions were drafted to give the story a more authentic Thai feel.
During production, Roger Dondis was brought on to head up Kantana's Animation School to train board artists, animators, scriptwriters and designers to work on the film, as well as the studios various animated projects.
